Please Pray for the Team and Retreatants
Father, we ask for your divine presence before, during, and after this retreat. Please prepare their hearts for your ministry. We ask for healing, worship, and salvation. Supernaturally remove obstacles and distractions that may prevent women from receiving from you. Open up our thoughts to the life-changing truths of your Word, and give us a new understanding of your character and your love for us. Touch each woman profoundly so that their lives are forever changed by your touch. Thank you for loving us and for reaching out to us.
Through Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.

The WELCOME Retreat is designed to promote spiritual growth and community renewal as Sisters in Christ. Enkindle your desire of being a faithful follower of Christ. Too many distractions tend to distance us from God and His love. The truly Good News is that God is alive and He loves us more deeply than we could ever comprehend. Our retreats are just one way we can pause in our busy lives so that we can get to know God better.

The Weekend– This is an overnight retreat- all day Saturday through Sunday afternoon. Experience the Holy Spirit at work in real-life stories, fellowship, prayer, humor, and the Sacraments.

Being Called-Christ asked each one of us to go into the world and spread the “WORD”, by example and service to our family, friends, co-workers, and strangers.

Sacraments – Sacraments are part of the experience. Mass is celebrated Saturday evening and Reconciliation is available.

Who Can Attend – Open to adult parishioners of Most Precious Blood, 21 years of age and older. You must be an active registered parishioner of the parish to attend the retreat. The retreat is offered in English; all presentations and materials are in English.

Accommodations – Sleeping arrangements are on the Most Precious Blood campus. We use quality air mattresses which are provided by the Parish.

Meals– All meals are prepared for you. Please specify any dietary needs you may have for the weekend by contacting Donna at the Parish Office: 407-365-3231 x121 or dscimeca@oviedocatholic.org

What to Bring– Pillow, sheets, blanket (or sleeping bag), towel, personal toiletries, medicines and casual clothes for the two days. Highly recommend bringing a sweatshirt or jacket as the rooms are air-conditioned and can be cold.

Your Gift – Build on your weekend experience by becoming part of the team for the next weekend. Traditionally, preparing for and giving the weekend has been even more powerful than the weekend itself.

If you need to cancel for any reason please note that refunds are available up to one week before the retreat. Contact Donna at the parish office 407-365-3231 or dscimeca@oviedocatholic.org
