Brothers & Sisters in Christ,

I am excited to share that Most Precious Blood has been selected by Bishop Noonan to participate in an international survey about discipleship.  The survey is conducted by Catholic Leadership Institute and will be available in late January to all parishioners, ages 18 years and older.

Participating in this survey will allow us to see what efforts, activities, and programs are helping you grow in your faith as Catholics.

We need your help to prepare for our participation in the survey.  We want to make sure that we have your family’s contact information listed correctly in our database.  In order to accomplish this as swiftly and painlessly as possible, we are asking you to update your family’s information through one of the following ways:

  • Email received from Most Precious Blood

  • Create your Login & Update now – click below:

  • Stop by our “Update table” this weekend (December 9 and 10) after all Masses. Assistance will be available if needed.

  • Visit the parish office during business hours. We will have a station set up for you and can provide assistance if needed.

To create your account, you will need to enter your name and email address as it is reflected on file with the Parish Office. We only need one account created by the head of household or spouse to verify the entire family record.

Each registered family received an email to the primary email on file with the following information to help assist with your contact information verification & update:

*Sample Information:

Family Name on file:  John & Mary Smith

Family Members over 18 years of age:
Sam Smith
Paula Smith

All Emails of Adults 18 & older on file:

You will be able to update your family’s information until January 8th, but I highly encourage you to do so long before then to ensure that your input is gathered for the survey.

Thank you and may God bless you and your family!
In Christ,
Fr. David
